About

TRK is a simple workout tracking app built to help you make progress. It’s designed to help you understand where you’ve been, so you can push forward with confidence. Whether you’re just starting out or refining your training, TRK focuses on progress over time, not just numbers on a single day. Built around progress TRK helps you track your training in a way that makes sense long term. By comparing volume, strength, and performance across sessions, you get a clearer picture of how your training is actually evolving. No noise. No overcomplication. Just useful data that supports consistency and improvement. Features designed for real training - Bodyweight training support to track progress on movements that include your own body weight - Iso-lateral tracking to log left and right sides independently - Machine-specific weight tracking to keep numbers consistent across sessions and gyms - Injury and return-to-training tracking for rebuilding strength over time - Track strength and volume trends to compare performance across training blocks Smart support with Buzz (AI) Buzz is built into TRK to support your training, not replace it. You can ask Buzz how to use a machine, get suggested weights and reps, and adjust recommendations based on whether you’re training for strength or hypertrophy. Simple now. Smarter over time. TRK started from humble beginnings and is designed to grow with you. As your training evolves, TRK helps you stay focused on what matters most: progress. Track where you’ve been. Push forward from there.
