What's New in Gym Log
1.1.0
October 24, 2026
Works offline. Log sets, add rows, start a session and write notes with no signal. Everything syncs when you're back online, and the app stays signed in even when the server can't be reached. Groups, not just days. Put exercises in a named group like Push, Legs or Anytime instead of a weekday. Grouped exercises show on Today every day. Share a split. Send your split to a friend as a link or QR code from the Split tab menu. They import it as a new split in one tap. Runs, properly. Runs now count toward your streak and activity calendar. Set a weekly mileage goal, log a run with no signal, tag race PRs, and add a type or notes to runs imported from Apple Health. Rest timer. Fixed the crash at the end of a rest when the Apple Watch timer is on. About October 16: the server behind Gym Log was down for about 20 hours after an automated software update on the server went wrong, and the app couldn't sign in during that time. It's fixed, and this update also keeps the app working from the copy on your phone whenever the server can't be reached.
