Scans won’t export
Trnio is not a listed subscription on my apple account and I was not prompted in-app to make any additional purchases for added benefits such as exports.
Basically I don’t know if it’s a file prep isssue on my end or if I payed just to scan objects and look at them on my phone 🤷🏽♀️ When I go to export the file it takes a long time to load ( load bar in file export window) on my student issued computer and then never loads. I get a message saying the file cannot be used. I’ve tried all export file options in order to pull up in rhino with no avail.

Thanks for chatting the other day, and for updating us on your solution. As discussed, Trnio exports all OBJ's as ZIP files. When exporting, you'll also notice that the file type states .zip. To import an OBJ into Rhino, the zip file must first be unzipped into a folder. After that, Rhino should be able to import our OBJ files. To the readers, the issue was with file preparation, and not an issue with the Trnio app. If you have questions about importing into other programs, feel free to email feedback@trnio.com or message us on social. Thanks.
Object Capture API please
Response from developer
Thanks for the feedback. Trnio currently does not support your specific turntable use case. We will be updating the app algorithms shortly to support LiDar-photo fusion capture (not available in object capture) and turntable mode. Thanks!

Size of object issue?
Response from developer
You’ll have to scale the model In Meshmixer or something similar. Here’s an article on how to print a Trnio model. Hope it helps. https://www.instructables.com/3D-Scanning-and-Printing-Statues-Using-TRNIO-and-M/
