Troika is a covenant home for Christian formation — built on the Attitude · Behavior · Character framework drawn from the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23). This is not a course platform. It is not a productivity app. Troika is the operating system of a quiet, unhurried life of formation — for households, churches, marketplace leaders, veterans walking the long road of recovery, and homeschool families forming the next generation. What lives in Troika • Home — your personal sphere. Today's invitation, your formation pathway, your family's covenant rhythms. • Churches — pastoral surfaces for the local church: worship, sermons, member care, restoration after failure. • Workplace — formation for the marketplace: leadership, vocation, ABC for the office. • Veterans — the 4th Day Reset, moral injury work, peer cohorts. Crisis-aware. Honor-aware. • KFA — Kingdom Formation Academy. PreK through 12. ESA-eligible in Texas. Formation-first; TEKS-aware. • Academy — Troika Academy and KOS Seminary. Three years × three levels. The same nine virtues at every depth. The Troika Score (63-item formation assessment) gives you a baseline across the nine virtues — Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control. Re-take it once a quarter and watch the Spirit's work over time. The score is a mirror, not a verdict. The Shepherd Every Troika user has a pastoral companion — voice and text. The Shepherd is unhurried. It is not therapy. It is not a chatbot trying to keep you engaged. It exists to help you regulate, then relate, then reveal, then reform — in that order. It will route you to a human (or to 988) when something deeper is in the room. What Troika is not We don't gamify discipleship. We don't measure your engagement minutes. We don't sell your data or your likeness. There is no public sign-up. Troika is invitation- and recognition-based — someone already in the covenant brings you in. The doors first opened on June 13, 2026, the 30th anniversary of the founder's salvation. Built by people who have walked the road Troika was built by Dr. Jose "Dr. J" Rodriguez (Ph.D., Leadership Studies; M.Div.) and his wife Ruby (Academy Director, M.A. Christian Education) over 28+ years of pastoral ministry — and by a small team of armor bearers who have been with him for decades. The dissertation behind the Troika model is in final editing as the first volume of a three-book series. Privacy and safeguards We never collect or sell facial data. We never modify your account permissions on your behalf. We never bypass your household, covering, or lineage.
