Soft copy issues
I don't even think 1 star is deserve. I had my picture with them last week Thursday (Dec 4) and I need my soft copy. they suggested to download the app. The app kept saying after 24 hrs. Until now di pa din pwede. :)
slow service
Slow service. Even the softcopy is still not available. Told it was going to be available yesterday afternoon. Went there today and they haven’t finished it yet. They could’ve informed us in advanced via email or text that it’s still not available. Now we have to wait most likely next week because it’s a holiday tomorrow and the next day

Ads forcing you to download certain applications
When I was about to download the software copy of my picture, it was forcing me to download a certain application in one of the ads due to “insufficient space”. But, when I tried to check my phone, only 55% of its storage is used. I uninstalled it, and installed it back again. Hanggang sa sinukuan ko na lang.

i don’t know why it’s so freaking complicated to print my files here, like why do i have to install an app then upload my files there, all in all the service is not good and definitely not approachable staff
