Soft copy issues
I don't even think 1 star is deserve. I had my picture with them last week Thursday (Dec 4) and I need my soft copy. they suggested to download the app. The app kept saying after 24 hrs. Until now di pa din pwede. :)
slow service
Slow service. Even the softcopy is still not available. Told it was going to be available yesterday afternoon. Went there today and they haven’t finished it yet. They could’ve informed us in advanced via email or text that it’s still not available. Now we have to wait most likely next week because it’s a holiday tomorrow and the next day

Ads forcing you to download certain applications
When I was about to download the software copy of my picture, it was forcing me to download a certain application in one of the ads due to “insufficient space”. But, when I tried to check my phone, only 55% of its storage is used. I uninstalled it, and installed it back again. Hanggang sa sinukuan ko na lang.

i don’t know why it’s so freaking complicated to print my files here, like why do i have to install an app then upload my files there, all in all the service is not good and definitely not approachable staff
Unnecessary App
I shouldn't have to download an app and be forced to watch an ad just to download a soft copy of my picture. I hate Tronix.
LACK OF OPTIONS
They did not gave me alternative options. I only want 1.5x1.5 and 2x2 but then they don’t have that set and they did not give me reasonable options to choose to.

Binayaran na nga kayo pero pinagkakitaan niyo parin kami sa ads! Galing ah dapat talaga nag stay nalang ako sa picture picture doon maganda kuha, maganda edit hindi nabubura mukha ko. Dito panget na nga quality, pinagkakitaan pa, hassle pa dahil need I download yung app at may ads.

Why do I need to watch ads?
I paid for my picture already. Why do I need to watch a 1-minute-long ad to download it?
The editing was bad as my neck’s texture looks abnormal, and it took more than an hour to make. I got there first and I was the last one to receive mine.

Soft Copy Not Uploaded
Not Useful. Hindi nag a upload ng soft copy. Sm Fairview Branch.
Not Good!
The soft copy is low in quality, the edit is very obvious.. and supposedly the coat im wearing should be visible but its not, they dont crop it nicely.. its for international.. im very very disappointed.. 🙄
