Unknown Error
Eight times out of 10 when I try to log into Bill Pay I get “unknown error” message. This is extremely frustrating! I have emailed for assistance a couple of times with no resolution.

If I could put 0 stars I would. If this app doesn’t have any haters I’m dead. This app has unlinked my external account. Linking it silently failed the first time. On the second time it gave me an error and literally told me to call “(xxx)-xxx-xxxx”. How does this make it to prod? Even Claude code would vibe code a better app.

I don’t know why you guys changed the app it’s so hard to use now. And the website isn’t any better. I’m having major issues and it is the same as the app no useful information
ZELLE NOT WORKING
Update 11/11/2025 now Zelle is magically working, don’t know if there were issues at tfcu because of the massive updates:

Can’t log in
They do a new release and now you can’t log in… doesn’t recognize user name or password… can’t reset following the procedures (says system is down)… can’t get thru for 2 days to call center! WONDERFUL!!!

The app constantly does now allow me to log in, way too frequent. Go to another bank, run for the hills.

When I try to do a mobile deposit the app displays a white screen and I’m unable to take a picture of my check. My phone and its camera work fine. The app does not.
Need local branch.

Zero ways to transfer money between external accounts
1) you can’t do anything with this app! Cant even manage the debit card, it makes you download another app just to do that. 2) there’s no way to transfer money between external accounts, i.e. NO ZELLE INTEGRATION! What a joke. If I didn’t have an auto loan with them I’d cancel my membership. It’s like their banking system is stuck back in the 90s 🤡

Mobile deposit
My mobile deposit was not accepted it says poor image. I looked at the image and it is clear This has happened before. I have to repeatedly redo the deposit. I think the system that evaluates the photo needs to be reviewed. Something has changed. I never had this issue until the last few months.
