They will give you a bonus but the bonus never expires. I contacted support for 4 time and they say live dealers are down. Mind you this was down for over 4 hours and couldn’t prove any information. Withdrawal methods are only PayPal or cage, Ach. This app needs to be investigated and fully shutdown. The support service is not helpful at all as they say everything is through a third party. I deposited money to gain a bonus and the money came out of my account, I got email from Tropicana thanking me for my deposit yet it’s not in my account and it’s been over 30 minutes since the transaction. It shouldn’t even take 30 seconds to appear so I’m not understanding where my money went! I’m not happy since I can’t even contact a person to help me for another 6 hours because they don’t have 24 hour support! WTH Trop? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Withdraw Method is the worse and most difficult process ive seen across all online casinos
This is the only online casino that doesnt allow you to withdraw with a debit card. The process to get your bank on there is difficult and after withdraw they email you trying to get more information. The extra info they email about is bank statements and “credit” card statements (i dont have a credit card). Im still waiting on this withdraw. I highly recommend you use ANY other site for online casino.

No withdrawal methods available. Very hard to get your money out if you win. If u have any bonus amount you have to play your cash all the way to zero before the bonus is used so you have to lose everything and deposit more to be able to even attempt to withdraw. I will Never deposit another dollar here. ***update. So after connecting my pay pal and making a deposit so I can withdraw.(because card and bank withdraws aren’t available) I received an email the next day asking for a picture of my debit card to confirm in the owner in order to continue verifying my withdraw. This is about as shady of a practice as a casino can do. I will be reporting Tropicana to my state gaming commission and I hope none of you ever use them to gamble.
