App useless
The app does not add any value, I wish it had the benefit to arm and disarm my alarm, I think more development has to go in there, more features has to be added, currently it is just using up space on our devices.

The usability of this app is BAD! Most links do nothing, not even sure why most are there?Terminology is confusing; written for security people, and not their users. To sign in and get it connected to your profile you need to be guided by a badly designed PDF that is outdated and looks nothing like the current app. Being forced to use this junk makes me second think using TRSS as my security company

Complete waste of time
It would have been better for TRSS to not have an app at all. This is useless. To think it has been in existence for at least 2 years. What have the developers been doing in all that time?
