Transaction issues
I have had issues using this app to send funds to Africa. When you have issues, you have no one to contact to rectify it. Their emails are inactive and messages sent to them usually get declined after some hours. Very irresponsive team. If you do not want to have high blood pressure issues when sending money, steer clear of this app.

I did a transaction and forgot to put my recipient address and wondering why it wasn’t declined and the transaction was processed. Couldn’t find any customer care or support details nor live chat. I hope you get to see this and would want a response back. Thank you
