Basically unuseable

The bluetooth connection is so terrible as to render an otherwise good lighting system basicallu unuesable.
Much work done with landscaper to get the system to connect. Finally connecterd. Walked to other side of house lost connection and couldnt reconmect without completely unplugging system and spending another 30 minutes trying to connect. You need to serioulsy work on this app.

Cannot connect using app

App comes without instructions, requires a chat with the company to get instructions. No info or troubleshooting info on website, either. However, online chat or email with the company does find help quickly.

App comes without instructions, requires a chat with the company to get instructions which then do not work, at least not reliably. No instructions or troubleshooting info on website, either. Beyond annoying.

App does not refresh when attempting a pull down from top of screen. Does not easily connect to Tru-Scapes transformer even when pressing the transformer reset button. Very disappointing. Contacted customer service; their instructions make sense, yet no improvement.

I do not understand why it is so hard to open the app. Why is there a pull down menu to connect? Why can’t there be a button to connect. Frustrating
