No support for 36v systems

If your goal is to have your batteries boiled away and destroyed on a 36 V system this is the charging shoe the for you cause apparently their engineers are too lazy to have a 36 V selectable profile that prevents this charger from boiling your batteries by trying to charge them at 48 V if you have a 36 V system

Battery charger not working

We had this charger to charge our floor machines. When I plug it in, all it says is AC is present, there is no other light, and I cannot get a hold of anyone to help with this. The app can’t connect to the charger, so it's a no for me.

Why?

I don’t know if there’s an update, but it won’t connect and it is horrible. Tried to reloading the app. This is a horrible app.

Works from time to time

Works great when the app is running and then there’s day when it want to connect to Bluetooth and keeps kicking me out or the app quit out please Fix
It’s really helpful

Works great

I use this for my rebuilt w/OBC bypass 2004 club car and a Lester Summit II charger. Had cart charging for an hour that I thought was full. Wanted to see what was going on with the β€œsmart” charging scenario. Downloaded the app and no active charger showed up. Hit β€œrefresh” and my charger showed up, clicked it and saw there were no faults, 92% charged, 187 minutes to full, charging amps, battery voltage.
Came out to check ~2 hours later, pulled up the app, no charger showed up, hit refresh, selected my charger, saw current status and had 58 minutes left. Came out an hour later, charging was complete. went thru same process to check in app, all green.

All done without a manual or instructions from the charger, probably there were more things that could help, but I got exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes.

Cons:
Bluetooth range, had to be near charger to use. Not unexpected.
Seeing no chargers found and having to hit refresh, but that extra second is not an issue for me.
