Great When it Works
Very helpful tool but getting the weighing sessions to upload to the cloud is exceedingly painful and slow, if it works at all.
Can’t connect
Bluetooth on phone connects to the stick but when I click connect to the model on the app it’s comes up with “select accessory” but there’s nothing to select so I can’t exactly use the app

Despite repeated calls to the company they seem unable to fix the glitches that plague this app. Unable to connect to my iPhone .
Unbelievable
I can make my IPhone and my Mac connect the XRP2i by Bluetooth but the app doesn’t run on it. I can’t connect the Bluetooth in my Windows, or download the day through the serial cable but I can login. What is the point?
Doesn't connect
Takes at least 20 minutes to connect to my phone then another 10-15 to download any sessions. If I am patient enough to get to this point, the app then works great.
