Pay twice for the same membership?
Unfortunately, Tru Blu doesn’t want to see his clients pay through iTunes anymore. So you gotta pay twice. And you gotta give more personal information. No thank you.
App doesn’t work!
I have paid… doesn’t work. Restart app, works, watch one episode and then it asks me to subscribe again
App is missing things.
The new app was a pain to download and is now missing things the old app had such as closed captions,Auto-playing the next episode,The ability to change your user name. [States there is a problem with the server if trying to change user name] I hope these issues will be addressed.
Terrible app
Had an subscription before I had got the new app and I tried logging in and they would not let me . They did not send any link or information when I asked to rest my password too. Don’t waste your time or money with this useless app. Trust me!
Took my money and deleted my account
I paid for a year of service. I was able to log in for a few days, then all of a sudden I wasn’t able to log in. Clicking forgot password didn’t send me a reset email. I went to register a new account with my login credentials expecting it to say an account already existed, but it actually created a brand new account. It’s like my account just got deleted or something. Of course it didn’t show any active subscription. There is a help link on their webpage but it doesn’t work. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card.
