Get it together

Drivers on the app home page?

Maybe somewhere near Los Angeles. I live in an Eastern megalopolis area. Zero drivers in my area. Truck It App says, "We are still growing in many areas." Yeah, no kidding. When you're at zero, going from zero to one constittutes growth.

Hello, We are still growing in many areas. You can see drivers on the app home page. The Map shows the drivers as the little Blue trucks. Please check to see there are drivers near you before you request a delivery. We are building our Driver team now and hope you will see Drivers soon. Please retry the app as it grows, as we are adding drivers everyday. Thanks

Trouble signing in to driver app

When I try to login to the driver app it says that my account is pending and to contact my administrator to activate my account, any help would be appreciated.

Hello. We are sorry this has happened. There was anew Government regulation on SMS texting. They made a new rule but never gave instructions on how to comply. Not even the SMS company we use knew what the government wanted. We have since been able to correct this. You should have no issues now, Please let us know if you have any questions at support@truckit-app.com We hope you can redo your review as we strive for 5 starts and work 24/7 to make things work correctly.
