Don’t use them
Hi,even if they do your move often they scam their drivers and don’t pay them under fake insurance excuses,don’t use them for Crete and barrel deliveries or you will be part of they scam tactics ,I know many guy who didn’t get paid ,be good Christian and don’t use bad actors like them

Won’t let me delete it , wanted to sign up as a driver kept saying I’m already enrolled never let me sign in , only to request movers but I can’t even delete that account now , contacted support and it’s as if they are not there to help worst app …
Moving made my way
Excellent service at the click of a button. From the click of a button the delivery was at my doorstep in two hours. Quicker than Amazon.
Unreliable, no customer service
I booked 3 days before the move and my credit card was charged. But up to the day of the move, no movers had been assigned and the move was marked as pending. I decided to cancel in order to make other arrangements, but a notice popped up that there is a 20% cancellation fee. There was no phone number to call. No customer service to chat or text. It was stressful waiting all day wondering if anyone was going to show up. I ended up contacting someone through Facebook marketplace who came over right away to move my furniture.

I found an email on the contract but no one has replied to my 2 emails. It really stressed me out as I waited and my pickup time came and went. I decided to call my credit card company to report the charge as fraudulent.
