You don’t get what was promised when you watch an ad and the game shoves them in your face

In order to upgrade you have to increase the Vault capacity. This requires you to buy managers with real cash for the game to advance.
DISAPPOINTED
It’s been three years since you have stated that you guys will be working on the capacity of the vault and all you guys did was make another ad where we need to spend 7 dollars for 50 percent more vault space for only 30 min witch I did (how dumb of me). It caps out at 15.8 million but you would think with 50 percent more space I was only allowed 3 million more dollars before I was capped again. WE JUST WANT VAUKT SPACE. when the game first came out I spent countless of dollars going add free, getting the managers, purchasing the workers for each department in the game and now it feels like you guys are just taking money form your supporters, not acting on the constructive criticism your supporters are giving you, charging more money now to when the game first came out. Did we loose the plot of the story because at this point I want a refund for everything I spent on this game if you guys aren’t willing to listen to your supporters and deliver what we have been asking for the past three going on 4 years.

Broken
This game has so much potential, but it’s broken by the ad greed and imbalance of time/construction of upgrades. It takes 1 to many hours to upgrade to the next level of anything, and then hundreds of thousands of dollars to upgrade bits within each room, but you make like $3000 every 30 seconds or so and can only build one upgrade at a time, and the only thing in the game is upgrading. So you end up coming into the game, pushing one button, maybe hanging out a few minutes to try to upgrade the last thing, and then coming back at least an hour later to do it again. Why is this fun? It’s not. :(
