Misleading ads
You don’t get what was promised when you watch an ad and the game shoves them in your face
Not worth the Download
In order to upgrade you have to increase the Vault capacity. This requires you to buy managers with real cash for the game to advance.
DISAPPOINTED
It’s been three years since you have stated that you guys will be working on the capacity of the vault and all you guys did was make another ad where we need to spend 7 dollars for 50 percent more vault space for only 30 min witch I did (how dumb of me). It caps out at 15.8 million but you would think with 50 percent more space I was only allowed 3 million more dollars before I was capped again. WE JUST WANT VAUKT SPACE. when the game first came out I spent countless of dollars going add free, getting the managers, purchasing the workers for each department in the game and now it feels like you guys are just taking money form your supporters, not acting on the constructive criticism your supporters are giving you, charging more money now to when the game first came out. Did we loose the plot of the story because at this point I want a refund for everything I spent on this game if you guys aren’t willing to listen to your supporters and deliver what we have been asking for the past three going on 4 years.

Broken
This game has so much potential, but it’s broken by the ad greed and imbalance of time/construction of upgrades. It takes 1 to many hours to upgrade to the next level of anything, and then hundreds of thousands of dollars to upgrade bits within each room, but you make like $3000 every 30 seconds or so and can only build one upgrade at a time, and the only thing in the game is upgrading. So you end up coming into the game, pushing one button, maybe hanging out a few minutes to try to upgrade the last thing, and then coming back at least an hour later to do it again. Why is this fun? It’s not. :(

Stuck at vault level 10 have to get vault level 11 to proceed

Vault not big enough
I have lvl 10 vault with the all the employees hired. And still can’t hold enough money to upgrade other items that exceeded the vault max’s . People been having this problem for years from what I see in the reviews.
Bug issues
I have started this game and spent in app purchases but it is freezing and won’t allow me to use instant diamonds to upgrade even though I have enough there, no where to contact In the app for help. Quite frustrating

Best game you need to try it
It’s fun and something to do on along trip but there should not be lands you have to pay for let us have a good experience and there are trucks glitching in buildings and shouldn’t more things to it other than that it is one of the best games I have played and entertaining for kids and some parents.

Should have read up on this first
This starts out as a good game but plateaus quickly. You can’t expand your vault capacity enough to pay for upgrades to different features such as some fuel stations, garages, truck wash bays, etc. Buyer beware and don’t waste your money. There was a review covering this three years ago yet the problem still exists and they just take your money and run of you buy any of the stuff like “no ads” and such. Don’t waste your time or money

The ad I watched does not match the game
Cannot finish a game! Need to spend your own money
Game is good but u cannot finish the game u have to buy all the adds etc to finish so if u don’t want wate ur time do not play and do not wate ur money as well

Stuck
Cant upgrade vault past level 10. So i am stuck unable to progress with all upgrades purchased. Wasted money to purchase all add ons and the vault size is still to small to progress.

This is a fun game… but to many issues and bugs that have not been fixed.
