Tracking doesn’t work
Unfortunately it’s not a working app. We have used trucker tools with multiple drivers for multiple brokers, and the brokers are consistently showing “tracking interrupted” despite tracking showing green on all of our devices. Refreshing it has not helped.
Kills your battery in completely in a few hours
As an owner operator, I get upset when a broker says they track through trucker tools. This app destroys an iPhone battery so fast, you won’t be able to take your phone off of the charger. The iphone starts overheating and is useless for anything else. And I’ve used it with different iphones, same thing. Comparing it to apps like four kites or macro-point, those apps use 1% of your battery. This app minimum 30%. Fix this trash app please.

Battery drainage
Draining my battery more then All my apps together with other tracking apps. Usually I see this at 50%~65% Off battery used by this app even if I am not currently tracking. Couldn’t understand why my phone dying so fast and if I restrict this app my phone live 3-4 times longer. Do something about it. Other tracking apps doesn’t have this problem.

Invasive and battery user
Battery usage skyrockets. 24 hr surveillance will do that. My boss doesn’t track me, but it’s a brokers world now. They don tunderstand the truckers autonomy and have zero respect. .
Stupid
Broker wanted me to use this app. I downloaded it and it doesn't send me a code nor does it take any information. I told the broker this and they didn't seem to care, but still wants my info.
Garbage app
This is garbage app! It is destroys phone battery. It’s use battery more than navigation system or any other app.

Stop Updating
Stop updating app so often, every time I get a load to be tracked by this app it needs a freaking update! All others have updates maybe once a month or every 2 months, this garbage every 10-15 days. Fix it already!
Crazy
The truth is, if they were a problem before, they're even more of a problem now. Trying to get drivers to connect this app to the truck's ELD has driven everyone crazy. Have you all lost your minds, or do you no longer respect or care about people's privacy or how dangerous this can be? In my opinion, all these tracking apps that serve no purpose should disappear.

Driving Rates down
The sole purpose of tracking apps is to let the brokers know where and how many trucks are in an area so they can drive rates down. That why now they say the will fine you if you don’t except the tracking of they choice. That’s it. That’s all. Period.
