Crashes and no support
I’ve emailed them and received no reply days ago. App keeps crashing tried on a different device it worked for one trip and now it won’t work either now. Terrible support
Mobile Access Hit or Miss
TL is good, however mobile app is quirky and freezes up on you on the road, no matter what platform or service. Unless you have good WiFi access or max bars on cellular, hard to use it at all, reliably on the road. It’s a simple app, so there must be a fix, but in the 18 months using it, mobile access is extremely hit or miss which can be really frustrating for $30 plus a month. The road is where we need this to work. As an office platform it’s good. Mobile, needs a lot of TLC from developers!

The only problem I have with this app is that while I’m doing a input it crashes a lot.
POSTAL CODE
This app allows you to set for Canadian usage. But it requires a mandatory postal code to proceed as part of the company address. The mandatory postal code will not allow Canadian postal codes so we are unable to proceed.
Don’t Buy - Bad Service & Product not reliable
My experience with TruckLogics has been horrible and not so much because of it going down often, where we can’t invoice and get paid. But more so because of the customer service. So rude, will continuously talk over you if you ask a question. I have tried been patient and spoken with managers who have been better mostly. But their customer service is just so bad and makes the experience even worse. Christi is one I spoke with recently and this time I just couldn’t say will speak with manager for maybe coaching opportunity for them.

Not a paid review
This app is very buggy and unreliable on my iPhone. Previous trips won’t close out and I have to constantly reboot the app to get active trips to show.

Broken on iOS 15.2
The app won’t even launch on iOS 15.2, it literally just crashes instantly. I’ve uninstalled, deleted all data, tried using LTE only, nothing works.
Crashes often
It’s great app functionality and the comprehensive capabilities. But all that means nothing if crashes several times a day. Our drivers are complaining that it become unusable

Truck logics really makes dispatching simple. They really have everything you need to run your fleet.
DO NOT BUY
Their support is lazy and these liars tried to tell me they could not go in and delete loads so I can keep my original invoice numbers.
What a great App
I’m a owner operator. This App has been the single best App I’ve used over the last 5 years or so for trucking. Yes I’ve had some bumps with it, but they were always fixed promptly. I even had a big enough issue that they were in the phone with me and helped me work it out. I use it mainly to keep track of expenses for tax reasons. But I also run reports to see how I’m doing for a given time period. I’m sure there is a lot more I can do with this App. It’s very easy to use and so functional. Thanks guys

Buggy and lacking customer service
The software works for a OO situation, but often shows bugs - and customer service is definitely on the rude side of the spectrum.
Which I could change - but they have my data for the last three year which I would lose if I switch.

Sebastian and his crew in SC are really easy to talk too..if you have a problem,don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call them.
Not Driver Friendly
I’ve been using this app for over a year a am absolutely frustrated with the constant updates, glitches and terrible user experience. I have experience in software development, project development, launch and training. The developers of TruckLogics have, obviously, never tried to haul freight while using this app.
If I had a dollar for every time I’ve had this app crash on me I could take a paid vacation.

Update
App crashes and auto closes with latest update
Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I’ve noticed this type of crash happening when new iOS software updates take place.
