This app is trash
So many issues need to be resolved location won’t locate ta/Petro should make it where $17 meal credit can be scanned just like using points to pay for items instead of print out a receipt. Update this app. Give more discount rewards or something buy 5 fountain or coffees get the 6 one free.

Please fix this app so that we can use a meal voucher from the app. Lots of times the driver kiosk is down and I can’t print. Next up, how about telling us the shower number and code right in this app? Going to my email for that information is silly.

The age-old adage, “Don’t fix it, IF IT AINT BROKE”, is very much true with this app. These newbies don’t know the difference between a truck manufacturer and an engine manufacturer. I would like to be able to include screenshots of this newfound fail.

Why not focus on important issues? I don’t know…. Perhaps, maybe improving the parking lots and stop selling drugs and alcohol to truckers. Dallas South parking lot is horrible. Yet we still get charge through the nose to park there. Let’s not forget how the so-called truck stops are no longer considered truck stops, because they have not catered to truckers for decades. Most of the time we get treated like an eyesore, because of craptastic wheelholders the mega carriers hire to warm their truck seats. They leave urine bottles everywhere. Start enforcing bans for littering. A while back, one was urinating while fueling. I would like to have a BB gun with some rock salt as ammunition.
Take my advice, the former app was fine. It only needs tweaking, not a facelift and name change. Most of us have finally gotten used to the last change to the app. Besides, which 9 year old came up with “Earnify”? No, really. Which child did y’all glean that idea? Go back to the crayon box and pick a different color. Try listening to the truckers…. For once. Try a title which actually correlates to trucking. Like DieselPro, TruckerPro, FuelPro, 18wheelerPro, etc. Maybe, Wheels on fire? Though, that sounds a little corny. Ooo ooo, I know. How about TruckSmart UltraOne Pro?

Cant add fleet card for mobile fueling
Not accepting fleet one cards for mobile fueling after last update.
Previous app version before interface update was working good … now its just a trash. Will skip fueling at TA because of this cheap developers that cant fix a thing in their own app.

Redeeming points
It seems like so convenient that just using phone for redeeming points. But, there’s bar code, and there’s another step after the bar code. So, most users ending up with paying double. If there is a bar code, why needing second step, this is 21st century. BUT, Just go with paper print. Or pay double for every purchase.

So when the app updated on my phone I can no longer get detailed receipts on my phone.
It shows me the amount of fuel, and the points I earned. This is not helpful when documenting my fuel costs. Please change it back!

It’s so broke they still can’t fix it
Over the last few updates, this app has gotten glitchier and glitchier. The latest app released two months ago completely fails in allowing drivers to authorize at the pump thru the app and doesn’t even record receipt locations properly. I have fueled manually and the system does not record my points or send reciepts 1/2 the time…can’t even get normal format reciepts emailed anymore on older purchases. Didn’t want to update app but was forced to do so and it’s even worse. Hold times to speak to a agent are over 30 minutes and I don’t have time to waste like that

Update broke it
The setting page and many others are so dark it’s impossible to read, I have yet to find a setting that could be responsible as the settings page is impossible to navigate. I have deleted the app and got a fresh download, changed nothing. Several TA/Petro store associates have tried to help me as well and have had no more luck than I.
Edit: iPhone 13, I found dark mode was on. Still very disappointing that one of only two options in that setting makes the app unusable, at least I have it working now so hopefully this will be fixed

Horrible update
The new update is horrible! I can’t even printout or download my own fuel receipt or any recent receipt
They have made this more difficult
On the old app, you could search their locations by highway and State. You cannot do this on the new app. They tried to make it all fancy and technical and made it more difficult for a truck driver to use.
