Absolute garbage
Ever since they switched over to the new format it won’t update, won’t let you add payment cards, won’t let you create a login account or login with your old account information. So it’s completely useless to create a new app to replace an old app that was working just fine.
Absolutely user unfriendly
How is this the worst app as opposed to the Pilot/Flying J and Loves apps? Nothing works properly, never wants to take card information, and the format is 2008 mobile web quality. They never update it and don’t really seem to care. TruckSmart? I guess that’s an oxymoron.

App still broken, haven’t been able to sign in since day 1. Now it’s incorrect format. I give up. Your truck stops are out dated and so is your apps.

Points left to keep Platinum disappearing
Now how am I supposed to know how many points I have to fill to keep platinum?? It disappeared. As long as it took to come with this new update…. Was it tested? lol NOPE

Everything TA does is outdated when it comes to point/rewards. Please go copy how Pilot and Loves do it. They’re super user friendly and have it down to a science mostly because they ask the drivers advice and opinions. Unlike what you guys have been doing for the past 25years.

I can no longer sign in. Every time I try to login it takes through the process as if I’m signing up for a new account and when I enter my info it says ‘user already exists’.

Broken App
TruckSmart the app is littered with bugs like it telling me I’m too far from a Petro or TA even when I’m in a Petro or TA parking lot i.e. it doesn’t allow me to use the app for fuel or showers. The app once worked decently those days have come to an end.
I give up!
I’m giving up on fueling at TA/Petros. At least 50% of the time the app says I’m too far away, when I’m stopped right before pulling under the Awning (which interferes with the satellite connection). And using the app at all is a waste of my time because I still have to enter info at the pump! PFJ’s app has all info preloaded into the app and it’s a simple process of going through a prompt or two and waiting for it to populate. Easy peasy! On top of all the app frustration, apparently the loyalty program wipes out all unused accumulated points at the end of the year. It yanked a couple hundred dollars worth of points away from me the first time it happened. So added all up, the discount is not worth the overall negative experience.

I don’t know who gives this app a rating over 3 stars but they’re obviously insane. The whole system at TA is complete trash compared to Loves or even Pilot. App is garbage, barely works and redeeming points is a complete pain. Do better

This app needs to be updated it crashes a lot. It’s too slow to bring up information like picking up your location and paying with your points to shower

I drive for weeks at a time, take a month or two off, then do it again. I used this app on my last trip to book showers and it worked great. Now it wants me to recreate my profile each time I sign in. I tried going through the steps, then it tells me my account already exists. What’s going on??
Pump smart
Lost my fuel card needed to use pump smart, the app would rarely generate codes to fuel extremely frustrating please fix that issue code 404 and 406

This app hasn’t worked correctly for the past year. Every time I try to reserve a parking spot, it says to complete driver details, but my details are already filled out. How long does it take to fix this issue? Several updates have taken place, yet the issue remains. The same occurs when trying to use points.
