App is only good if you pay for the most expensive plan. The other two are completely useless, I think they shouldn’t even be and option because there’s no benefit on paying for either the basic or the advanced because all they do is suck your money.

Continue to have login issues they log you out while using the app and then you go to log back in and it says your password incorrect then you reset the password and they still won’t let you login sat on the phone with support for at least an hour trying to figure out the issue they never figured out the issue. They just created me a new contact on my account. I hope you can resolve this issue. I go through this every time I get logged out and logged back in. You never figured out what the issue was problem was just masked and not corrected.

App built for the brokers
App built for the brokers and not for the drivers. App always sorts loads from the lowest to the highest, even after you change it. It changes it back. This company wants to take advantage of the driver.

When it works it works great but when it doesn’t work it’s like pulling teeth to get someone in support to get the issues fixed. Unfortunately most of the support team is based overseas and I have had trouble with them being able to verbally repeat back the issues I am experiencing back to me.

Where are the good paying loads?
In comparison to other boards, on average Truckstop has lower paying loads. If I were to get a load, chances are it isn’t coming from Truckstop.
Poor
Constantly fighting with this app. Now it wants to update but wont finish so I cant get in. It is constantly wanting to log back in. Takes 5 minutes to finally get in on the same device.
