AVA has been a gamechanger!
I've been in freight a long time and I've tried just about every app out there. Nothing comes close to this one. AVA does the work I used to spend hours on. She finds the right loads checks the rates and keeps me a step ahead. I just ask and she delivers. It's like having a dispatcher in my pocket that never sleeps. Booking is faster my downtime is way down and I'm making smarter calls on which loads to take. If you haul for a living do yourself a favor and get this app. Truckstop Go with AVA has completely changed how I run my business. Simply blown away!

Doesn’t seem useful for non cdl hotshots

New loads pop up and instantly call the booker just to find out the load has been covered. Only loads that are 15 minutes or older are still available which are CHEAP rates. How is it possible that a load that just posted is already filled in 13 seconds? There has to be a delay through another board that is getting these 10-15 minutes ahead of TruckStop. This isn’t a one time thing, this is every day 15-20 immediate calls after psycho clicking refresh to INSTANTLY be filled. We all know it takes minimum of 2-5 minutes to book a load so what gives?? Nothing left on here but 300-500 loads paying $1 per mile to go across the entire state. If all you need is fuel covered to move around or get to an actual load great, but this isn’t live because the filled loads are still on here 10-15 minutes later after calling. Something’s not adding up except the cost of paying for the app every month.

App is only good if you pay for the most expensive plan. The other two are completely useless, I think they shouldn’t even be and option because there’s no benefit on paying for either the basic or the advanced because all they do is suck your money.

Continue to have login issues they log you out while using the app and then you go to log back in and it says your password incorrect then you reset the password and they still won’t let you login sat on the phone with support for at least an hour trying to figure out the issue they never figured out the issue. They just created me a new contact on my account. I hope you can resolve this issue. I go through this every time I get logged out and logged back in. You never figured out what the issue was problem was just masked and not corrected.

App built for the brokers and not for the drivers. App always sorts loads from the lowest to the highest, even after you change it. It changes it back. This company wants to take advantage of the driver.

When it works it works great but when it doesn’t work it’s like pulling teeth to get someone in support to get the issues fixed. Unfortunately most of the support team is based overseas and I have had trouble with them being able to verbally repeat back the issues I am experiencing back to me.
