There is no button to take you from TruckX to maps on IOS when trying to map an asset.
Do not buy dash cam
This is the first live dashcam i used that requires you to take out the memory card to get a video plus even if you hit sos button it only records video for 13 seconds unbelievable it should be around 1 minute!. Nail in coffin sos button is to thin can break any moment, tried to call support to get a video from them of my dashcam for testing they said it takes 24 to 48 hours just for 1 small 5 minutes video 😂 now imagine getting in road rage and trying to explain to authorities it takes 24 to 48 hours for video. I feel scammed never ever getting anything from truckx again.

Developers need to work seriously on making it flawless
I have been advising of the flaws this app have. It keeps crashing and most of the times even if the internet is working and connected the apps says pls check your Internet connection to administrator account. Its too unreliable application and you can’t check the location of trucks easily. Truck mandate was better than this

Number one stupid sluggish and nonsense map
Its been months now when i sent a feedback. I don’t get it what their backend devlops are doing to improve this app. It updates location in most cases in 15minutes. App is sluggish, doesn’t show locations in satellite mode. When click on truck in app, location doesn’t load. It is only when their is only 3trucks moving. You can’t rely on this company service. It is most pathetic eld ever i saw
