When I log out the app did not recognise my username to log in therefore I cannot log in this is in the premium subscription, I searched for help there is help window

I have 4 stores & this app makes it so much easier keeping temperature records & saving their reports!
App Doesn’t Work
No matter how many times I click “Add” on the equipment page, and type what I want to add & save, nothing shows up. Useless app.
