Disappointed customer
Very disappointed with True Balance. I have been a loyal customer and have taken loans from the app before and cleared my EMIs properly.
Recently, I cleared my ₹19,000 outstanding loan amount, expecting that after closing the existing loan I would be eligible for a higher/fresh loan. I made the payment keeping my other financial commitments in mind.
But after clearing the entire amount, the app suddenly shows “Not Eligible” when I try to apply for a new loan.
This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. If there is no guarantee of getting a fresh loan after closing the existing one, customers should not be given such expectations.
After being a loyal customer and clearing my dues, this is how I am treated. I feel completely let down by True Balance. I would not recommend relying on this app based on my experience

Very Disappointing Experience with True Balance – Loan Disbursement Delay & Poor Customer Support
The loan has already been approved, but they said it will take up to 7 days for the amount to be credited. I’m not sure why the process is taking this long after approval.
The customer care support is really poor as well. There is no proper response or clear update from their side, and it is very difficult to get accurate information about the status. If the loan is already approved, the amount should ideally be credited much sooner, or at least they should provide a clear explanation for the delay.
Honestly, based on my experience, I would not recommend True Balance to others. If you need quick disbursement and reliable customer support, I would suggest thinking twice before choosing True Balance. Very disappointing experience so far.

Loan support
I have been using this loan app for a long time and have always had a good experience. As usual, the app showed that I could clear my existing dues and apply for a new loan. Based on that, I cleared my outstanding loan and applied for a new one yesterday, Sunday, 3 August, at around 10:30 AM.
The issue has already been escalated to the support team, but it has now been over 24 hours and I still haven’t received any response or update. After waiting like an idiot for the loan. Now they have rejected my application..bloody waste app

Please don’t install this app
Took my first loan and paid it back well before the due date, expecting a smooth experience. But when I urgently needed a second loan, they flat out rejected my application! Terrible algorithm and complete waste of time. Do not rely on this app when you actually need quick financial help. Infact i don’t want to give 1 star that could u understand how much I have bad experience with this app

Waste if time and data
I downloaded True Balance thinking I’d get quick loan help. I filled all details, uploaded KYC, bank statements, selfie, everything they asked. Then after 5hr to 6hrs they REJECTED me with no proper.
Why ask for all documents if you were going to reject anyway?
App is slow, keeps spamming notifications for loans, but won’t approve anyone. Don’t waste your time. Uninstalling.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the TrueBalance app. I took a Level Up Loan for the first time and repaid it in full before the due date. I also took a second loan and repaid that on time as well. However, when I applied for a third loan, my application was rejected without any clear reason.
My CIBIL score is good, and I have maintained a perfect repayment history. If customers repay their loans responsibly and on time, what is the purpose of the Level Up system if they still cannot get another loan when they actually need it?
Now the app shows both Level Up Loan and Cash Loan as Unavailable, even though I have never missed a payment. This is very disappointing and unfair to loyal customers. I hope TrueBalance provides a clear explanation and improves its loan approval process.

Scam in the name of money
Initially I had got a limit of 6,000. Which I used for some emergency purposes, later on I did pay up the entire amount before date and true balance also did waive off some part of interest, after few days when I did check I am getting error notification in the app saying not eligible?
I was eligible for loan one week before and after properly and promptly repaying my loans now I am not eligible for a loan, great logic and worst app.

Do not take any loan from these app i have taken a level up loan from these app i have paid all emi but they are like we dont receive any money pay twice our system is under maintenance when you have paid so refund is give i dont get any refund after paying the they are treating you like nothing please dont take loan from these

Worst Loan App – Misuses CIBIL and Wastes Users’ Time
This is one of the worst loan apps I have ever used. True Balance checked my CIBIL score and even made a hard inquiry on my CIBIL report, but my loan is still stuck on “Waiting for Approval” for more than 6 hours.
If you are taking access to my credit report, the least you can do is give a clear and quick decision. Other loan apps approve the loan and transfer the money to the bank account within this time, but this app just keeps users waiting with no update and no transparency.
They claim fast approval, but in reality it’s just misleading. Playing with someone’s CIBIL score and then not approving the loan on time is completely unprofessional and irresponsible.
I strongly do not recommend this app to anyone. Total waste of time and unnecessary damage to credit score.

I am sooo happy with this app.. i was in my difficult situation. I got loan at the perfect time. True balance helped me at perfect time. I totally enjoyed my experience with true balance

The interface is really accessible and easy to understand.
