Scan tool inoperable

I understand that most of the QR codes on the True Brand products are just instructions meant for a phone cameras QR link tool.Specific True Brand QR codes that are meant to be redeemed for points will say “scan me”. Although, when you scan these QR codes, the screen just turns white and unresponsive. Please follow up.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the app not scanning the QR codes. To be able to scan for points, you must have an approved service center account. This particular issue can occur when the user attempts to scan for points before their account has been approved for the Loyalty Rewards program. Has this issue been fixed for you since your review? Cant scan codes

My boss showed my crew this app as an incentive for selling more fuel juels, unfortunately none of us have had any luck. When you scan the code, it just vibrates and nothing happens. Will rate 5 stars when fixed.

This is most likely a result of trying to scan the product QR codes before the user account has been reviewed and approved for the True Brand Loyalty Rewards program. To avoid any further confusion, we have implemented a pop-up notice in the subsequent update releases that informs the user that their account is still pending review and that they are unable to scan for points until the account is approved.
