Confused but interesting

I am not sure if I’m doing something wrong but it is only allowing me to use one website that I entered at the start of the app. I’d like to use other websites to color Match for my season but I’m unable to do that. Do I have to pay to get more websites? I do like how it works and tells me what season the color is best on! Just wish I could use it on all websites I look for clothing on.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I’m happy to hear you like how the colour matching works. At the moment, full access to use the app across multiple websites is unlocked once you start the free trial. The usual trial is 3 days, but TCI clients may receive a 30-day trial with their consultant’s coupon code. After activating the trial, you should be able to use the app on the different clothing websites you browse.

Paying for an app that won’t open

Paying for an app that won’t open no matter how many updates I download is very discouraging

Very expensive doesn’t work

This is a very expensive app to use at approximately $100 a year and it has huge login issues making it virtually useless. It is incredibly frustrating. Response from there. Tech-support is very slow. Would strongly discourage using it.

Great app

This app is really helpful in helping me decide if an item is harmonious with my color palette. Best results are if you use a spot that represents the color best. Like anything, it pays to read the directions of how to use it to its fullest. Can't wait to have more and more items added to the databases of the different tones!

Careful with “trials”

I got charged full price for clicking on their “start your free trial” button. They refused to refund me.

Basically worthless

This is a paid app that I decided to purchase as it would save me time and money on not having to purchase or return the wrong colors. The results I got when I started were so random I began doubting my instincts. A week into the confusion I even tried to color match the colors on my actual TCI fan. They came back as multiple seasons, almost none of them the season the company has actually defined them as. It wasn’t the lighting. This concept is awesome and I wanted to love this. It just isn’t currently working.

Hi Crissy, Just to clarify, the app isn't meant to be used with photos you take yourself. It's meant to be used to analyze professional images taken by online retailers. The phone camera unfortunately doesn't allow to capture colors accurately enough for colour analysis.

Unaccessible paid for app.

Looking to pay a lot for an app that won’t let you use.

Works Great

This app works great, provided your parameters are correct. What I mean by parameters is proper lighting, camera exposure, proper color balance, etc. Also, make sure that it completely cycles through the upload process before you click analyze. If you do not allow that process to complete and jump the gun on pressing the analyze button, you may very well get a “no data selected” response. Regardless, this app works great for analyzing colors. I am able to caption my images as I capture and analyze them which is an excellent tool to determine the colors that look best on me. Thanks.
