Just don’t use

Waste of time and app should just be deleted

App broken on iPad

Does not move past instructional videos on iPad. App is unusable. Does not work. Videos keep stopping and eventually crash altogether. Cannot even get to the scanning stage. Broken.

Waste of time

Like others have said, it’s useless. Just go to a store & let them do it.

Horrible

Don’t waste your time lol

Does not scan foot

This app is trash. It doesn’t work, no matter what angle you hold the phone. What a joke.

App doesn’t function

App takes you thru the steps but does not function to take a scan.

What a Joke

This app is a complete joke and doesn’t even work correctly. The way they need you to hold the phone in order to scan your foot has to literally PERFECT or it won’t save the scan. While scanning, it keeps popping messages up on the screen for you to read when you’re too close but you can’t read them because the screen is facing down at your foot. Even if you do manage to map out and scan your foot correctly, and it’s off by even the smallest amount, it’ll say error and you’ll have to restart. This is an absolute waste of time. I spent 45 mins trying on different surfaces all for nothing. Just go by yourself some better name brand skates like CCM or Bauer.

Awful! Useless!

The phone needs to be exactly a certain distance from the foot. If not a warning pops up for 30 seconds and you can’t continue scanning. I don’t need to know what the phrase too far away or too close means in a diagram for 30 seconds. I’m buying $1000+ goalie skates. I’ve made it through life to be able to afford this without a visual tutorial of the word close or far. Never got past the starting point.

Doesn’t Work

Followed the process. Showed the images and data then didn’t recommend a skate size…

Is this a final version?

The app bugs, its freeze while loading the video instruction.
We cant skip the instruction phases which is annoying.
Couldnt even scan, bad app.

Garbage

Not worth the download. Not easy to use. My son is 6’4” and wears a 13 shoe. The app recommends a size 8.5 skate….I don’t think I’m going with that. Otherwise I’ve heard great things about True custom skates.

Pretty good

Pretty good measurement and good process. 4/5

Well this is terrible

I’m forced to enter a review. Let’s be real. It doesn’t even deserve one. Don’t bother wasting time unless you wish to film yourself looking like a dolt taking a video of your feet.

Great idea, doesn’t work

No matter what you do it won’t scan your heel. Tried many times simply doesn’t work.

Whoever designed this app must be real piece of work.

The instructions for scanning your foot are on the screen that’s facing your foot!! Why use the stupid selfie camera?

True to size

A member recommended it to me and said it would find the perfect fit and the measurements are almost perfect a couple millimeters off but 👌🏻

App doesn’t work on iPhone 14

App says it doesn’t support my current device, which is an iPhone 14. The version history shows that the update back on Oct 6. 2022 was to introduce support for iPhone 14. There’s a contradiction here.
