Terrible customer service
While the protein is good, everything else around it is pathetic. Customer support never connects. Doesn’t matter what stupid chat bot you use if I can talk to a real human. Your delivery executives are terrible too. Packaging is excessive, literally the opposite of eco friendly while you claim to be eco friendly because of a steel scoop. Last time I buy from you.

Downloaded the app and ordered products through there platform worth 8k INR and received some random stuff from through there courier partner of hkvitals brand.
The chat support is utterly useless. They've closed down the helpline number, it only repeats a message asking you to email.
I've been emailing and following up for a month now and only getting false assurance that resolution will be provided in 2 days and then ghosted for weeks until explicitly asked for an update.
So much for customer trust and support. Good work, Team FalseBasics.

Unable to contact support
I tried connecting their support multiple times via chat and email but didn’t get any resolution it says contact between 10-7pm although am trying to connect at this time only My last order protein was leaked so this time i dont want this to happen and regarding this i have been trying to contact the support team but the app is not connecting at all. I have shooted the email 5 days ago but no response is given such ridiculously bad customer service very disappointed .
