It’s horrible
I don’t even want to rate it honestly. Something is always broken on this app and it’s very unreliable when I have things to do. The app always picks and chooses when it even wants to work tired of it not getting fixed.
Great place to bank
I love this place. They always have a smile when you walk in and are so nice when you call. They get to know who you are. I have recommended several people to go to them.

I pad OS update needed
Could you please allow the app to run on the iPad so 15.8?
I pad air 2’s that still work and have a ton of memory can’t update to 16. So now I can’t use the mobile app! Apple said it is up to the app developer to make this decision.

New online ap
To be honest the previous online banking ap was much better. The new ap is pretty terrible. Also, probably going to close all of our accounts at some point because you offer zero overdraft protection. We’ve literally been penalized for overdrafts when pending items have gone through late or a store or account was behind on filing their charges and paperwork. 29$ for every item is a fricking joke. Especially when in every case there’s been sufficient funds in our savings accounts to cover the cost of what was over drafted in the first place. Pretty dissatisfied with our experience since bringing our families accounts to the credit union I had been using exclusively for more than 7 years now.

TrueCore app
My wife and I attended the free workshop. Josh, the instructor, was very helpful. He answered all of our many questions, even after the workshop had ended. One app feature we especially like is the ability to add out-of-state travel plans to our Visa card. It saves us a phone call to TC before we leave on a trip.

Will not update
I’ve used the app for many years with no issues but for some reason it keeps telling me to update the app and sends me to the App Store but then it does not give me the option to update. It’s inconvenient and irritating. I just want to update the app but it’s hard when I’m not giving the option. Please fix the issues.

Updated App
It’s a very nice upgrade from the previous version. More bells and whistles. A couple quirks, but the staff was very helpful.
Great Modern app
Very simple and functional layout. Has some very nice features including customized layouts, cd renewal, interactive chat and spend analysis. Although the old app TrueCore had was useful, they’ve outdone themselves with this upgrade that boosts them into a more modern look.
The main advantage is that no matter what device you log into, it looks exactly the same. There does seem to be some new roll out struggles but in all was a great decision. Proud to be a member of a credit union that makes these technological advances.
