The app works as it should! Great mobile banking experience!
They will lock your account
Multiple times with no warning you’ll have your account locked and be unable to access your own money u til you call and talk to an actual person, little to no control on the app except to switch money between accounts, terrible customer service and even worse design and policies. Multiple overcharge fees for things left pending for too long and if your card gets locked on a Friday from pending transactions good luck waiting until Monday. The worst bank.

Used to be reliable, not anymore
This app used to be reliable but for at least the past week I’ve had so many issues logging in - both with FaceID and just my normal password. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app several times and it will let me log in maybe once or twice each time after I do that before going right back to timing out my logins before I can access my account. The website itself works fine so that makes it easy to tell it’s some kind of issue with the app itself. PLEASE FIX
