They will lock your account
Multiple times with no warning you’ll have your account locked and be unable to access your own money u til you call and talk to an actual person, little to no control on the app except to switch money between accounts, terrible customer service and even worse design and policies. Multiple overcharge fees for things left pending for too long and if your card gets locked on a Friday from pending transactions good luck waiting until Monday. The worst bank.

Used to be reliable, not anymore
This app used to be reliable but for at least the past week I’ve had so many issues logging in - both with FaceID and just my normal password. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app several times and it will let me log in maybe once or twice each time after I do that before going right back to timing out my logins before I can access my account. The website itself works fine so that makes it easy to tell it’s some kind of issue with the app itself. PLEASE FIX

Too many disappointments
This bank is so small that you’re screwed if something happens to your account after hours. No 24hr customer service and going to withdrawal money in large amounts is IMPOSSIBLE. I need to switch to bigger bank with more customer service options 24 hrs

Wish this app would allow facial sign in option or finger print option too.
Could be better
It’s good for looking at your balances but not for completing transactions. When transferring funds from one acct to another you can’t set up recurring transactions nor can you put notes for a reason.

This app is terrible!! Every week I have to go into a true core office and have a password reset. The app locks me out of my account and cannot be reset. Fortunately I also keep money in my park national account. Not certain how TrueCoreFCU expects me to make my house payment to them when I am constantly locked out of my account. Nice people but their app is crap!

I have always loved TCFCU. They also always seem to be one step ahead of all of the banking Institutions. I tell everyone how much I like & trust you. The one negative is on the mobile app. You cannot see who a paper check was written to. Any way of changing that?

Easy to use and very convenient. Have everything right right at my fingertips and rarely have to visit a branch.

Very happy with the app. Use it often. The Quick Pic deposit is great, was l little difficult aligning the pic at first but once you get the hang of it it works well. Great if getting several checks but not at the same time.

Love but....
I really to love the app. It’s super convenient and easy to use. I do wish you could look up finances easier. I had issues with my taxes last year and needed to see a printout of our old churches tithe records. This app and the regular site doesn’t let you pull up info by business. I had to go to the bank and have every payment individually printed off using the date and $. The couldn’t put my church name in and pull up all the finances records for them. They really need to fix that.
