Need to fix bugs

Every time the app is opened it states that there’s problem and will not populate anything…

Don’t use them

I signed up for this and got a log in. It always says connection error 100% of the time. Drs can’t look it up on a network. They won’t even send a physical insurance card.

Worst app ever

This app never works for me. Always tells me an error has occurred and to try again later. I delete app and download it again only to get the same messages. So annoying! Fix your app!

Update

3/20/24 was promoted to update the app, but even after deleting and reloading it, it won’t open.

App don’t function properly

I changed my coverage this year and now I can’t even pull up my new coverage policy on the app. It won’t give you the option to even enter new policy info to search. I’m Not Happy with This app

Useful

Was able to upload my paystub through the app so that I could keep my health insurance discount. It worked ok

App doesn’t load

App doesn’t work.
The app is just spinning doesn’t load and if you manage to get you name to open , you cannot access the rest of the app at all. Just a white still loading page.
