Don’t pay, I already paid and they asking for more money to download without logo, and export quality is also worst, you will get delivered your video after pay in next 24 hours which is worst thing I saw, so don’t waste your time and money.

I make payment against it and after that I have received a message that your video will be delivered in 12 hrs, almost 24 hrs are gone but no any video received.

Irresponsible Behaviour
They don’t care about your special day and their goof up can take ruin your surprise so be careful before placing birthday wishes video requests as they’ll not take any responsibility after payment and in fact their contact details are also forwarded and not reachable.
Doesn’t work
Support numbers given don’t work. Commitment was to send video in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days and app says “order delayed”. It’s a great idea but poorly executed. Even the complaints are being collected via google forms. I would avoid both downloading and paying on this app. Could be a scam.
Pathetic Support and refund policy - Uninstall Right now
Don’t expect any support from their customer care team and never expect a return if you are paying through their wallet. They will surely deny all the payment refund for any poor quality AI videos deliveries if you have paid using their wallet amount. If you want to use their service and then please pay using direct UPI or other methods.
Because incase you pay them through theirs wallet amount as they will lure you to get extra credits then you are trapped into their pathetic support and they will try to sell you more videos without adding the refund as wallet credits.

They loot your hard earned money before sign up they show else after payment they are ask more money , I was called them for refund they threatened me and still after 25 days they not refund my money stay aware with them

One of the worst app ever, Requested a video on a particular date and not received it, If you do not value a customer’s request on a specific date so don’t provide your worthless and pathetic service. Instead shut your company down. Total waste of money. USELESS APP.

Genuine one and delivered video

Poorly trained staff
Staff will call you every time you record anniversary wish as their app have bug due to which they don’t get both the names.
Customer care girl named Chetna called up who extremely rude and asked me to record the name if they are not able to capture the “wife’s” name even after me entering it in their app.
And hung up on me
Requesting founders and team leaders to train the staff to be polite and open to genuine feedback. It’s not against them but to make the app and experience better for customer.

My girls name was carron for which they asked me a voice note how to spell. I did that. Then someone msgs me from the team asking me proof of name i sent that too, what these guys do later is send me a video of the name “karan” when i text them. Their is zero response. Money conned. Dont try please 🙏
