First time using Truely once arriving in Bali and customer service had been amazing with assisting us set up. As a first timer, I loved how the team intervened while I was still at the airport and walked out with connection to data. Highly recommend, their response time is very quick.
Unreliable service
If you’re looking for a consistent reliable service for your travels. This is not the one.
I had to purchase data service from another provider during my trip and wasted money. They used scummy calculations when refunding too.
Don’t believe the 5gb high speed that they advertise for the unlimited plan.
Of the 4 days I purchased, 2 were barely usable and 2 was fully unusable.
For the days it worked, I never could use anywhere close to the advertised 5gb data because of constant cut outs and slow downs/throttling

I had a slight issue with my eSIM and a bloke named Andy helped me out so much. Best customer service I’ve received in a long time and had it sorted in 10 minutes. So quick and responsive, I never leave reviews but he was so helpful I couldn’t not. 10/10

I had an eSIM gifted but it had expired before I installed. I used the WhatsApp chat function and a very helpful person walked me through how to set it all up. The chat function was instant - I didn’t have to wait at all. Highly recommend

I get really confused when it comes to getting eSIMs for overseas countries, but their customer support was so helpful and helped me figure out my problem straight away, and at an affordable price.

I intended to buy one day of data and you just charged me for 7 because your menu automatically set it to seven days. Please refund me for six days immediately!!!!
Excellent Service!
I needed help reinstalling my Truely eSIM today because my phone with the eSIM was stolen in Barcelona last February. Zahra was very helpful in walking me through how to install the eSIM manually and was very patient with me while I struggled to find the ‘manual install’ option on my iPhone 16. Once that was successful, Zahra answered my other question about how to add a short plan for another region I will be traveling to during my European visit. Five stars for the customer service today!
