Don’t block someone who is not paying for your service, you need to allow other users to use your platform for free without paying & stop allowing other people to block you from responding to them when you are not paying. I use dating sites for free to make friends & possibly find someone else to be with. I thought I had a few people that I was interested in dating but all of a sudden I get blocked by them for not responding back, not even fair.
