Zelle.
The Zelle feature is horrible. Why are the transactions not immediate like every other banking app? Why do I have to send money and wait “1-3 business days”?

This isn't an app, and you should be ashamed for even suggesting that it is. Building a functional app that allows you to do the basic stuff you say it does is not even expensive, this just screams laziness.

Stuck on questions
Won't let me get passed the security questions. It won't tell me if they are wrong. And it keeps looping the questions. HORRIBLE APP!!!!!
