Why can’t I access the app unless I verify and doing that they said session out and I’m unable to enter my account the verification is too long please atleast ID and camera is okay I can not communicate with people again
This app does not work
Paid for subscription and they left my account in review mode where no one can see it. Scammers took my money and gave me an broken account and never fixed it
Very useless dating app
Any picture I uploaded got rejected for no reason, no wonder you don’t have much users on there, very useless people
Concern
It keeps wanting me to verify even though I already did and want let me access the app
Message once every 10 minutes
This app has to gave one of the most horrible systems out of all dating apps, you can only message 1 time every 10 minutes doesn’t matter if you messaged a different person you need to wait or pay $30 for a month. This app needs to be shutdown.
Stop rejected my pictures
I gave you a one star because you guys keep rejecting my pictures no matter what I do you the camera y’all still reject my picture. I upload new pictures and take pictures still rejected
Subscriptions unable to cancel
I keep trying to cancel my subscription nd stop autopay. But there is no way. Nd. Even support email. Doesn't reply. Anything since last 1 day. I wasted my money. ... never buy premium subscription
I cant log in
the App cant verify my facebook so i cant log in . Completely waste of time

I’ve been using the app for a few months now and it’s telling me to verify my account so I verified using my photo ID and selfie I can’t verify using Facebook or sms i’m trying to contact the developer to see how I can delete my account because it keeps telling me every time I try to use my phone number to verify it says it timed out and it keeps doing it and saying it over and over so I don’t know how to delete my account

Verification
After 2 verify ways (pic and id) you still force me to verify my profile and I can’t use it as premium user. You not answering on mails as you said after 1-2 hrs

The worst app ever, takes forever to review an account only to be matched with white men from 50 and above who think that every African woman is from a poor country who just want them for their money which they don’t have to be honest. And you can’t upload a decent photo because it keeps getting rejected or if you are lucky to upload one, the quality will be reduced like you took it with a cheap camera

Trouble loggin
Ever since I downloaded the app have been having problem loggin .have verified my camera face now my Id has been the issue ..have snap my international Id decline ,I used my drivers Id also declined..please which id should I use again cause this thing is getting me frustrated

the app make force me to verify myself and why can’t I make it not let me and It ask me to verify myself by verifying to Facebook, taking a pic by myself and via sims which is my phone number and ID. Second when I Try to verify through Facebook why does the app tell me this app is not accessible right now and the developer is aware of the issue and says you will be to log in when when the app is reactivated. Why does it tell me can you show me how to fix that and second when I try to verify myself through my phone number it tells me Connection timeout pls try again later. Can you help me out here how do I fix all of this

I’ve waited weeks & still waiting for my pictures & proof of verification. I waited for to speak with a live person & nobody ever he’s on. I sent a email & no response . At this point just get rid of the complete app if y’all aren’t even going to maintain it. SMH
