Horrible

This system is so annoying. It just stops working and then is useless until you find out the app has been updated or the firmware needs to be changed. Waited over a year to get the app updated. We wasted a ton of money on this system that we NEED to be able to use with iPhones. Stay away from this garbage.

Can’t get the app to logon to my system

My iPad works, but the iPhone version refuses to connect to my system.
It hasn’t worked for a while.

Why would you update the firmware and not tell your customers and expect us to do the research to figure out why we ca no longer login to the app. Terrible customer service

Former TruPortal installer

From what I understand interlogix is, no longer. So don’t hold your breath on an App update. The product will work onsite but any app related issues.
