Horrible
This system is so annoying. It just stops working and then is useless until you find out the app has been updated or the firmware needs to be changed. Waited over a year to get the app updated. We wasted a ton of money on this system that we NEED to be able to use with iPhones. Stay away from this garbage.

Why would you update the firmware and not tell your customers and expect us to do the research to figure out why we ca no longer login to the app. Terrible customer service

From what I understand interlogix is, no longer. So don’t hold your breath on an App update. The product will work onsite but any app related issues.

Since the update doors can be controlled. Hopefully nothing changes. So far so good.

Still doesn’t work
Terrible. And that is the absolute nicest thing I can say. New update doesn’t work on IOS 13.5.1. You would think Interlogix could figure this out. I am going to update our access control solution since Interlogix can’t solve the IOS issue with there app.
Not working
Hasn’t worked for the past week since an update for iPhone. Never logs in. Is there any or ogress to this issue? iPhone and iPad no longer work at all.

The update today causes the app to crash when trying to log in.

I can login, but can’t see any of the devices and when they do show up, it doesn’t let them unlock. And by looking at the other reviews, the company just doesn’t seem to care if they keep their AP updated or not. Sad.
No longer supported
Interlogix dropped support in North America. So no more updates and that is the end of this app which used to work really well.
Waste of time!!!
The app was very useful and convenient three years ago. Now, it’s just a waste of time trying to login. Each attempt to unlock a door, the app kicks you out like a bouncer at a club. A new version or update is seriously needed.

Same problems as others have stated. App force-closes when I try to apply a door change.

Doesn’t list doors anymore. Works just fine on Windows and Android. Useless on Apple.
Update the stupid app
This app needs to be updated so badly. I manage this system at my place of employment. The app worked fine (although still not optimized for all screen sizes). But since iOS 13 was released it doesn’t work right at all. I cannot operate doors.
Doesn’t work anymore
Like the other reviews point out this app no longer works. It worked fine until it didn’t. Since the app hasn’t been updated it doesn’t reliably list doors and doesn’t perform any actions (lock/ unlock / secure). It’s an utter waste of time (and money) to install an interlogix panel and software if you have to pay to replace it simply because the developer fails to maintain it. Spend your $$ and time with a better company & product.
