Location is stuck in SF area
Trying to rent a truck in NYC and the only location that is showing is SF! The worst

They charge a flat rate for insurance (~$50) which is not reflected in the app or on the faq page. You cannot opt out. It is only mentioned in the confirmation email.
They require a background check and it will cost you $16. This fee is also not mentioned in the app or on the faq page.
The app is also pretty clunky.
I can’t speak to the service itself because I got fed up with this.
These policies are not unreasonable but should be clear to users from the start and visible in the app. I was surprised by them and it felt bad.
