Beware purchase don’t show up in wallet
I made two purchases of XLM confirmation sent to e-mail but don’t show in wallet. I have two open tickets to support who say both confirmed and sent to wallet that it’s trust wallet problem. End result I paid for XLM and have nothing in wallet to show for it.
History
When we check history it shows previous transactions again on repeat mode and one transaction 2-3 times back to back. Please solve this bug.
Swaps are still my money
Every time I want to swap and it fails you guys don’t refund both the swap fees and you also take from the user account it’s not worth it truly if you won’t make swap then return the funds that’s stealing, imagine have 4 failed swaps and you just love 7$ from now where
Can’t send out or swap my coin
This new trust wallet is totally rubbish. Tell me why will I send coin into my trust wallet and I can’t even swap it to any other coin I want and I can’t even send it out to another wallet. This is totally ridiculous and rubbish. Even if we need to pay gas fees, we should be allow to swap our coin to the coin you accept as the gas fee and we can send out to any wallet we want. My money is just inside there and can’t even send it out. Your company is totally rubbish if you can’t correct this. Cause its so wrong frustrating

Firstly, after transferring my LTC from Base to Trust, around 10 went missing 🤷🏻♂️
Secondly, within a day of creating a brand new wallet, all of my funds have gone missing! ‘Support’ is a chat bot and not at all helpful!

I am trying to swap Solana for only Rose, OnlyRose is part of the Solana Blockchain. When I try to swap Solana for OnlyRose, I am with a message that says,” no swap route available for this token pair.”

An app that takes Scam Memecoins
Earlier today I was selling NFTs I’ve held for a few years. Had a buyer ask if I use USDT. It’s not on Robinhood & decided to download Trust wallet for the transaction. The moment I’ve received the funds & was going to transfer the NFTs, I attempt swapping the USDT into USD only to find out the money I’ve received was counterfeit of USDT. Sent to my wallet but can’t be swapped nor sold so I sent it back to the buyer & blocked that individual. First time to experience something like this that wouldn’t happen on other exchanges such as Coinbase,Robinhood,Crypto.com & so on. I’ll be staying away from this app going forward.

There needs to be a fix for scam notifications
I’m getting endless notifications from scammy airdrops that I don’t want. I’d prefer to keep notifications on to be aware when legitimate action occurs with my wallet but as is all notifications have to be turned off.
Trash app, lets your crypto get stole, AVOID!
They simply let all your funds get stolen and give you an excuse as to why and how! GET OFF OF THE APP STORE!
EDIT: They are LIARS and they blameshift responsibility as to why they allow your funds to get stolen! Blast them with negative reviews and get them deplatformed, this is a dangerous company and a cancer!
