Trust Escrow is a fully licensed and accredited California corporation (DFPI #96DBO-188147) offering a safe, automated online escrow service. We are the only U.S. based online escrow app for Goods & Services that is government-regulated and compliant with U.S. escrow law. We hold and disburse assignment fees between the buyer and seller of services, acting as an independent and impartial third party. Our platform securely receives and holds funds from the Buyer in a segregated trust account until the agreed-upon conditions in the contract are met, at which point the funds are released to the Seller.
