No customer support
I reached out to TH multiple times via email, but evidently they cannot be bothered to reply. Makes one wary to use an app with no way to resolve issues.
New updated tanked the app
Can’t even log in anymore ? “ response can’t be decoded because of error ‘
Why are there ads?
The ads are absolutely ridiculous.
Premium membership to obtain work gigs? Scam?
Seems like you have to pay $5.00 a month to be a premium member and get hired period.....
BA work
I love trusted herd, I have plenty of work while working this app thank uuu 🙂↔️
Ton of great offers
Some connect and are fantastic, thank you for the free opportunities 🤩🤩
is a good app
I don’t know how they can improve the employee to employer connection there could be a nice number to talk to or maybe display whatever needs to be done next what is up next
Ghost Listings
I apply to sooo many branding jobs via the app and they all ask for a reason why I want the job then the app tells me to update my info. There is no way to update. I tried email TH.. no answer. It’s no way that all these job opportunities are supposedly “ available “ yet I don’t get a message. From anyone. And why is the app steady pushing the survey get money quick?? My profile is stuck in 34 percent because I need to “ update” my profile. There needs to be a way to actually speak with a human to fix issues and answer questions.

Have never gotten a gig
I have applied to hundreds of event gigs and maybe had one offer but it had expired but have never received any other offers
A lot of opportunities
I love trusted herd, I have been able to book many jobs as a full time brand ambassador. I enjoyed this app years ago and I still enjoy it today. It’s a great place for BAs to come to locate opportunities.
Connections
Great for reviews and connections with opportunities.
Essential Updates
I would love to see the following updates. The distance meter doesn’t work. I continually receive jobs far outside my designated 25 mile radius. It would be nice if the system would be more gender precise so I only receive jobs pertaining to men/male. I spend far too much time combining through non relevant jobs. Time is money.

One Profile
I just used one profile and never stop saying no to all the opportunities ❤️
Read the terms of service!
Definitely do not recommend! The terms of service give Trusted Herd full control over your account and can delete you at any time for no reason, severely impacting your ability to do business in this industry. Agencies, once you sign up for a Trusted Herd account you can’t get your account removed! If they feel you’ve violated their terms of service, even if you don’t believe that you did, they will change your password and lock you out, claim the right to use your copyrighted logo and branding as a “review site” and refuse to allow to you to delete your account. Go with a truly trustworthy platform like PopBookings or Piñata.

Thank you Trusted Herd, for assisting me to find BA events! You Rock! 🤟
Fishy App
Does these companies actually see that we’re interested? Or are you guys taking our information & getting paid per person using this app? How is that My profile is complete but I’m still not hearing back, they want us to pay a subscription for work that’s not guaranteed.
1 of its Own!!!
Earn income, working amazing local live funny events and jobs as an example of some of the jobs they could be at grocery stores or big major events doing something small, but that makes a great large impact in your community.
Helped me make a lot of money
Cool app
Great App!
