Can’t get geofence to work
I can draw one but if I leave it it doesn’t tell me.
Notification sounds
Bought this for my motorhome. It’s very very good. The main issue I have is that I miss the alerts (notifications). It would be better if we could select the notification sound but the app on iPhone 11 Pro doesn’t seem to give this option

Does exactly what it says it does. I’ve had this app’ and tracker system on my Defender for a year or so now and have had no issues with it at all. Just the job.
TruTrak app
I bought this device recently, I'm in the 14-day trial period. It worked for a few days in stand-by, but now it doesn't show the location in real time unless you open the application. And it hasn't been updated for 1 year. I hope it will be improvements as soon as possible.
App updates?
There’s been no app updates in 6 months? I’ve been using this for around a year or so now and at first found it good but do feel the app is clunky. More improvements are needed to keep this competitive. Smoother tracking of your vehicle, the replay system upgrading to make it clearer with the direction of travel in congested areas, show speed ect. Perhaps use si or an algorithm to piece the routing together.
Giving access to more than 24 hours would also be an improvement. If storage is an issue look to use the device the app is installed on to store this extra data?

I bought a much more expensive tracker and immobiliser system that will remain nameless on my car, later I bought this as the ‘cheap’ option for my little daily run around- and… I wish I’d bought TruTrak for both cars- it’s very easy to use, does almost everything the other one does- plus the tracking of where I’ve been is easier on TruTrak- and TruTrak doesn’t give me false alarms and phone calls asking me if I’m in the car because it’s not registered my phone as being in the car!! TruTrak is Head and Shoulders better than the other system.

Perfect in every way, not too much clutter, nice clean look and it provides just the right balance of tools and data compared to the full web version, nice one!

Start up on app so confusing, need more with item, printouts etc.
No help at weekends, if your car gets stolen at weekend, and you try set it up on Friday. Tough, no help.

A very good friend recommended this tracker & app for my classic car what is not used for 6 months in the winter and only does around a 1000 miles a year so some want you to pay £200 a year for a unit which does not do half what this tracker does . Also come with great support from the team . 10/10 and keep up the good work 👍

Excellent Service
There wasn’t the option to ‘replay’ a historical journey only the last 24hrs, mentioned this to the sales team and 24hrs later it was added. You. Ant get better service than that.
