So many bugs on inbox screen
Lost credit
Needs better application tracking as I lost credit even though I didn’t apply to a job
Gave me less applications after upgrading the plan
I was out of applications, and i upgraded the plan to 4500 applications for 99$
But the upgrade gave me only 3000 applications only. That means if i used 1500 applications while in 40$ plan then i upgrade to 99$ then it gives me only 3000 applications so guys do not upgrade. Bad application. Even i requested for to create profiles for different roles, it applies job with same resume. Or we need to switch resume every-time. To apply for different roles.

Too many bugs and mistakes
Disappointing experience needs serious improvements, there is a review option before submitting but there is no edit option in that review. There are lots of mistakes made by AI that can be corrected by a human but there is no option to correct them for example AI is generating a professional summary for every job posting but before every word (<strong>) is written and there is no option to remove it from there.
If someone can help me out with this I would appreciate it.

No dedicated support , reported issues don’t get replied or addresses . Founder shares personal phone and does not reply if you report issues
