Feedback & 2 areas of improvements/challenges
Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with Tsenta. I’ve been actively using the app to swipe and apply for jobs, and I’ve already received two to three interview opportunities through it, so I definitely see the value in the platform.
However, there are two areas where I’ve been facing challenges that I think could significantly improve the user experience.
The first is company-specific job searching. There are certain companies I specifically want to target, but when I search for them, the company itself does not appear in the dropdown or its available jobs are not shown. For example, if I want to search specifically for Amazon opportunities, I’m unable to find Amazon and browse its available positions. I’ve experienced this with several other companies as well.
It would be very helpful if users could search for a company by name and see available jobs from that company, especially when those positions are currently posted on the company’s career portal. Right now, I sometimes know that a company is actively hiring, but I’m unable to find those opportunities through Tsenta.
The second issue is the option to apply using a job link. I really like the idea of pasting a job posting URL and having the AI handle the application. However, even when I provide a valid job link, the system asks me to identify whether the link belongs to Workday, Greenhouse, or another platform, and sometimes the application still does not proceed.
From a user perspective, I think this process could be much simpler. If I provide a valid job posting URL, ideally Tsenta should automatically recognize the company and the application platform from the link and proceed with the application. It should only ask additional questions if some required information is genuinely missing.
These are the two biggest friction points I’ve noticed while actively using the app. If company-specific job search coverage and the direct-link application flow can be improved, I think it would make Tsenta much more useful, especially for candidates who already know which companies and roles they want to target.

Irrelevant job postings
Very disappointing experience. Only about 1% of the jobs shown actually matched what I was looking for. Most of the postings were completely irrelevant.
The product is heavily marketed as AI-powered, but my experience was nothing like what they show in their marketing videos. The job matching needs a lot of work, and I couldn’t find proper customer support when I needed help.
I used Tsenta for a couple of days and unfortunately felt like I wasted my money. I wish I had tested it more before paying for it.

Scam
This is not a legit application. They have deducted 20$ even after unsubscribing it and there is no refund or tech support response. And the applications are just auto generated by AI not actual applications. DO NOT INSTALL.
I hope the engineer reads this.
Pls give out an api endpoint, i dont like copying and pasting the links. I have a csv file which my agents update with latest jobs that are exactly what i want.
Lets be honest your recommendation engine is not the best, and thats not your fault. There is insane amount of context needed to see if id like a certain job. Let my agents do that hard work.

Got my first interview within days since I applied

Lost credit
Needs better application tracking as I lost credit even though I didn’t apply to a job
Gave me less applications after upgrading the plan
I was out of applications, and i upgraded the plan to 4500 applications for 99$
But the upgrade gave me only 3000 applications only. That means if i used 1500 applications while in 40$ plan then i upgrade to 99$ then it gives me only 3000 applications so guys do not upgrade. Bad application. Even i requested for to create profiles for different roles, it applies job with same resume. Or we need to switch resume every-time. To apply for different roles.

Too many bugs and mistakes
Disappointing experience needs serious improvements, there is a review option before submitting but there is no edit option in that review. There are lots of mistakes made by AI that can be corrected by a human but there is no option to correct them for example AI is generating a professional summary for every job posting but before every word (<strong>) is written and there is no option to remove it from there.
