Pay to download?
I try to download the app and it’s saying I have to put in credit card info. This happening to anyone else?

Impossible login
This app ran me in circles for a half an hour through authentication efforts that eventually boggled my mind. 30 min effort & life demands focus elsewhere. Might revisit. Might delete & forget about it all.I tried the Support option in the app but it looks more like business and employees stuff, there might be articles to sort through, super inconvenient, made me really feel my ADD lol. So I noticed a feature to flag the error and it says it would possibly assist if I could reproduce the problem within 20 minutes. I did that, it didn’t help me & I received the same error message, translation: Batman, you will never log on… muahahahahahaha! / actual message was in Mandarine: Sign in Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. AADSTS165000: Invalid Request: The request tokens do not match the user context. One or more of the user context values (cookies; form fields; headers) were incorrect or invalid, these values should not be copied between requests or user sessions; always maintain the ALL of the supplied values across a complete single user flow. Total TSP Fail
It’s bad enough the TSP returns are bad right now, but then TSP goes offline to introduce the most user unfriendly app possible. I have yet to be able to sign in. Why have a Microsoft interface when 90%of the world is on Apple. Complete and total failure of TSP. Everyone who worked on it up to the leader of TSP should be ashamed and fired.

Logon links
It is a drag. This is tied to Microsoft which causes confusion with other existing (own) Office accounts. It needs to point to the UID and PW for TSP not Microsoft. Go back to the drawing board on this App.
