Bluetooth doesn’t work
I tried to connect the Bluetooth many times, but it didn’t work

Tried to pair it to my Bluetooth but then the bike would just not connect bc i heard you could unlock the speed if you get the app but every time i try to it never works

So the e-bike is amazing but this app will not download it to my phone it doesn’t even work I’m having so much trouble with it but riding is still fine

Really BAD!!
I bought a TST Buddy Pro Folding e-bike. I try to ‘bind’ it to the app but just will NOT work. When I initially press the ‘binding device’ button, the TST Buddy Pro does show up, but when I press ‘binding’ it take me to a next screen where it wants me to select my E bike model from these pictures however, none of the pictures have any words or descriptions. It’s purely just a picture and none of the pictures actually match my bike. They NEED to add ‘words’. I tried randomly selecting each of the three and then putting in a name. But then I get a message about failing to name it or something like that. This app is really bad. Please FIX it. Add Words to the models.

WORST APP EVER
I was honestly so excited to try my new E-bike R002 but when it came time to bind my bike it absolutely ruined my experience it’s so hard to work around the app and not only that but the binding system absolutely SUCKS if you’re on ISO fix this immediately!

Yea, does not want to bind. Evan using AI to determine all the possible issues and resolutions could not fix this. The e-bike is awesome, the app is total junk!!

When I first got the app I tried to connect my TST by following the instructions. But when I tried following the instructions the Bluetooth didn’t work for me and I checked settings to see if was on and it was. After that I tried 10 more times but then eventually gave up.

I have a TST R002 and the app doesn’t work or connect at all, I’ve tried a dozen times but still. Please update the app or fix it somehow.
