Are you part of tradestation or not??
This company “trading technologies” seems like a scam after what I’ve gone through trying to log in after repeatedly getting redirected by tradestation to this app to trade futures options. I have no clue what this company is and why tradestation keeps sending me to their products and my tradestation account logs me in but i get an error or a forbidden message

This app is truly awful
The last time I used TT, the app was actually pretty decent but that was when I had an iPhone 6. I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro now (so it’s been at least 3-4 years since I last used TT) and not only have they not added any features, the features it does have that used to work no longer work correctly. I save my password for login, no matter what it always says my “password incorrect”. I have to keep selecting the password saved in my iPhone and after the 3rd or 4th attempt it will log me in.
I mean there are so many feature rich applications. I pay a premium on every single trade to use TT, but I’m seriously considering why? I trade at AMP Futures so I can choose any platform (except something like Thinkorswim which is probably the gold standard for mobile trading).
If you only need to check your balances sporadically, maybe 1 time a month, sure go ahead and deal with the headache. If you prefer to keep up on your trades and follow them with any sort of consistency, I would highly recommend something else, anything else, really.
I expect so much better from TT. TT is not a bottom of the barrel trading platform. It’s marketed as the fastest trading platform for retail investors. This has been far from my experience with this app.
*** I wrote this review in October, 2021 and the iPhone 13 was released a few weeks ago. This is just a note to give you an idea of when I reviewed this application.

Would be 5 stars if the app had Face ID login ! Plugging in the password (which is lengthy) every time you open the app can be a pain - especially when you’re trying to login in and mkts are moving.
Unable to even log in using iPad -
See above - this would be a useful app for my traders but an order of magnitude more useful on an iPad than a phone sized screen -
Login issue fixed

Bug fixes? Still can’t work on iPad...
Can’t even log on an iPad, the login screen is broken, please fix
Update is A+ for progress - Still lack some crucial features :-(
I love TT. I used X_Trader through work before I was retired and now use TT-Web for my smaller trades. I wish I could use TT for TD Ameritrade where I trade exponentially larger.
Now to the app review: The app overall feels much snappier and loads quicker. The change in position review is substantial when you click around. Overall speed is nice.
Areas the app is lacking: An absolute must for mobile trading is price alerts. Nothing like going for a quick break and seeing the market shift against you when returning to your desk. Another big bummer - You only have standard trading options (Limit, Market, Stop Market, Stop Limit). There’s no TT Bracket or other algo’s available. There’s an algo button so maybe it’s in development but I really wish I could setup Brackets on my iPhone. If it’s available somehow, well it’s not explained anywhere :(
I’m giving the app 5 stars because I truly think the Developers work hard to make it as convenient as possible for users. I just wish there was a bit more functionality, especially since I pay A LOT of money every month between clearing fees and per side fees (almost 80 cents each way on over 1200 trades per month).
Please consider those 2 features ASAP or let me know why it’s not possible :)

The TT Mobile app is incredibly intuitive. It provides a clean, clear view of my working orders, fills and markets that I trade. There was clearly a lot of attention to detail.
Best in the business!

Doesn't work, no response ...
iOS > SIM doesn't work. Sends through verification then just spins ...
So far TT support have not responded. Disappointing.
