I don’t understand how a simple task like searching for your destination “As address details “ isn’t an option there!
How could I know what’s the stop number if it’s first time user/destination ?

I loved RocketMan. Nothing comes close. THIS app, obviously written by someone who does not use the TTC, will not allow me to arrange my most used stops in an order that works for me. Instead, the recent update has listed my stops numerically. Utterly useless.

Half the time the app says the bus I’m looking for will take an hour so I takes a different one and then I see the bus that said would take an hour go by me
Inconsistent and unreliable
This app is so objectively inconsistent and unreliable. It has had me waiting in the cold for one hour because it can’t give accurate information. Can you people get rid of it, already? Jeez
Annoying ads
Used to be better, but with the latest update they added a bunch of ads to the interface, & nothing noticeable in terms of improvements. Going to look for another
App is ok, location data it uses is weak
I use this app weekly, but increasingly find the bus location data is unreliable and incorrect.
About half the time it seems the bus jumps way ahead, or suddenly is taken offline, or doesn’t seem to have a transponder online.

Internet-free app
Is there a version of this app that does not rely on having the internet? TTC mentioned this years ago. Now there are ads in the app. I would pay for NOT needing to have the internet on my phone, not just removing ads.

Needs more information on subway routes and not just buses. Some updates are not shown in the app.

App bugs
I’ve been using this app for a while and in the beginning it was working well. However it started to stop showing near by stops and not showing the times for the busses.
Useless
This thing will predict bus times so inaccurately that o have stopped relying on it for anything other than curing my boredom while waiting at a station. Spams notifications and will sometimes just say a bus is cancelled that is running perfectly fine. The entire system passes me off and this is a terrible website

Ttc service
I understand that the timing for buses aren’t 100% accurate but either way this app, it is always so off with the bus schedule especially at stations. Either the app is wrong or the workers are lazy

Alertscould be put in order of priority, for example main subway lines before that all the bus routes

Great, until notifications stopped working
I've been using this app for years and having the alerts as push notifications has been so helpful, saved me a lot of hassle getting around the city. Recently though I've stopped getting notifications at all. It's still enabled in the app and on my phone's settings, so I don't know what's changed, but it's way less helpful this way. I tried sending a support message but the button in the app doesn't work, and the website is just a static page with no contact info.
